Jeff is the founder and managing partner of BLG PLLC, a boutique law firm specializing in employee benefits and executive compensation for large public companies. Prior to establishing BLG, Jeff was a partner at Seyfarth Shaw in Chicago where he co-led the Institutional Investor and Fiduciary Governance group. Jeff’s practice focuses on retirement plans and executive compensation, with an emphasis on ERISA fiduciary issues.
